• University degree in Civil Engineering,
• Preferably 2–3-year experience in design, construction, consultancy or supervision of building and/or infrastructure projects (water resources, wastewater treatment plants, energy, roads and transportation), preparation of bill of quantity tables  / detailed price analysis
• Preferably experience in FIDIC or similar conditions of contracts,
• Profound knowledge of English,
• Good knowledge of computer programmes (MS Office, MS Project, Ms Project/Primavera P6), especially in Autocad
• Having strong analytical and communication skills,
• No restrictions to travel
• Residing in Ankara,

Job Description;

•  Following tender opportunities/calls and contributing the commercial pipeline of the Company;
•  Communicating with potential partners and discussing cooperation possibilities;
•  Preparing administrative documents for the pre-qualification/EoI dossiers and technical proposals;
•  Formatting and editing for pre-qualification/EoI dossiers and technical proposals;
•  Preparing documents/tables and presentations using Microsoft Office software;
•  Contributing to content of technical proposal;
•  Organizing and maintaining electronic and hard copy files;
•  Supporting at all stage of the preparing pre-qualification/EoI dossiers and proposals.

Required Skills

•  B.Sc. degree in social sciences preferably in international relations, political science and public administrations, business administration.
•  Minimum 5 years of general professional experience.
•  Prior similar experience in the commercial & business development department of a consulting company for more than two years is a must.
•  Prior similar experience in IFI procurement and tendering rules, mainly the PRAG rules is must.
•  Prior similar experience in project management of EU technical assistance projects is must.
•  Be proficient in English (spoken and written) is must.
•  Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are essential.
•  Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and work independently.
•  Previous experience that demonstrates ability to excellent communication skills.
•  Proactively carry out administrative and technical functions proficiently, and to complete quality work in a timely manner.
•  Be willing to travel, work long and flexible hours to meet project deadlines, when required.
•  Ability to represent the Company in business environment.

•  Determine the message the design should portray;
•  Create images that identify a product or convey a message;
•  Develop graphics for illustrations, logos, and websites;
•  Select colours, images, text style, and layout;
•  Incorporate changes recommended into the final design;
•  Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
