Training Expert (Key Expert)

The Training Expert will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high‑quality training programmes—both e‑learning and face‑to‑face—aligned with project objectives and organizational needs. This role involves creating comprehensive training materials, conducting training needs analyses, and ensuring that all programmes meet professional standards, particularly in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). Leveraging strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills in Turkish and English, and extensive experience in training programme development, the expert will play a key role in enhancing participants’ competencies and supporting effective capacity building across the project.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor degree in one of the fields of engineering,
• Full computer literacy,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish,
• Master degree and/or PhD degree preferably in engineering and/or OHS will be an asset.

General professional experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional training programme developer experience in field of training including design, development and implementation of e-learning and face to face training programs.

Specific professional experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in OHS trainings,
• Experience in conducting training need analysis will be asset.

Duration: 3 years

Location: Based in Türkiye with travel to identified provinces
