Team Leader (Key Expert)

 

Team Leader is in charge of the overall management of the project. He/she will together with the other experts contribute to the effective implementation of the whole project, will be responsible for coordination and overseeing the delivery of project activities related to the planning and programming, with the support of non-key experts, as appropriate. The Team Leader will be responsible for the overall quality, coordination, realisation of the activities and outputs, as well as reporting.

 

Qualifications and skills

 

  • Bachelor degree in one of the fields of Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, proven through professional experience, or valid exam score
  • Full computer literacy,
  • Post-graduate degree (master and/or PhD degree) in the fields of engineering, OHS and project management will be an asset.

 

General professional experience

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a team leader or managing a team in EU-funded projects

 

Specific professional experience

 

  • Preferably 5 but a minimum of 3 years of experience in projects related with OHS
  • Proven in partnership building and negotiating with governments, employers’, and workers’ organizations will be an asset.

 

Duration: 3 years

 

Location: Based in Türkiye with travel to identified provinces
