Position Overview;
Business Development Assistant is a supporting junior-level administrative role designed to assist the Business Development (BD) team with daily operations, research, coordination, and early-stage commercial activities.
The position requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support to daily administrative operations of the Business Development Department
- Support to tracking, preparing and applying for international financial institutions’ (IFIs) tenders, calls and project opportunities of the Business Development Department
- Support to monitoring international financial institutions (IFI) and other public platforms for opening tenders and project opportunities to spport the commercial pipeline of the company
- Announcing the relevant tenders, calls and project opportunities within the company’s internal communication systems in a timely manner
- Support to coordinating and circulating internal communication of business development department to other departments and do the follow-ups
- Support to maintaining and updating internal tracking systems of the company for multiple and parallel tenders and works across the departments
- Support to preparation and compilation of administrative documents required for tender, expression of interest (EOI), and proposal submissions
- Support to printing application dossiers, quality controls of the final formats (soft & hard copy) of the documentation to complete submission
- Support to organizing meetings, preparing simple agendas, note-taking and post-meeting action tracking
- Support to stakeholder management including positive and consistent communication.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relation, Faculty of Letters/Languages or related fields
Experience
Experience in full‑cycle recruitment (entry level – max 2 year experienced candidates)
Languages
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Use of Microsoft Teams and other similar platforms
- General knowledge of digital tools (Trello, Slack, Jira, Asana etc.)
