Your role 

As Recruitment Specialist, you will be the link between our projects and our experts. You will: 

• Analyse expert ToR requirements for tenders and ongoing projects. 

• Source, screen, and pre-select experts through LinkedIn, expert databanks, and active networking. 

• Prepare and adapt CVs/expert profiles according to donor requirements (PRAG/EU, GIZ, ADB, etc). 

• Act as first point of contact for experts – from initial approach to contract negotiations and onboarding. 

• Negotiate fees and contractual conditions in close cooperation with project managers. 

• Expand and maintain our expert network, ensuring long-term professional relationships. 

What we expect 

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business administration, or related fields (Master’s is an asset). 

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in recruitment, business development, or project management for EU or donor-funded Technical Assistance projects. 

• Familiarity with EU PRAG rules and other international donor procedures. 

• Excellent command of English and Turkish (written and spoken). 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. 

• Proficiency in MS Office and professional use of LinkedIn.
